Job Growth and Retention

The economic development division of the Chamber works closely with local businesses, site selectors and company executives to provide tools, resources and incentives to spur job retention and creation within the region.

Site Selection Assistance

Our staff is ready to assist you in your site selection process. With online resources that make it easy to search for properties and gather demographic data, our website is a convenient tool that can be utilized 24/7. In addition, our staff is available to provide personalized assistance to executives and site selectors with specific property needs.

Workforce and Talent Strategies

We’re creating a skilled future by aligning the needs of local businesses with area colleges, career tech and other workforce training programs. Tulsa is one of 22 talent hubs receiving a grant from the Lumina Foundation. Through the Lumina grant, a regional coalition works to increased the number of students graduating with postsecondary degrees and certificates.

Further efforts are being made to attract and retain young talent through Tulsa’s Young Professionals (TYPROS).

Community Development

Tulsa is a vibrant city. We’re focused on advancing diversity and inclusion efforts and enhancing the local quality of life. In addition, our organization has taken a leadership role in accelerating development along the riverfront, downtown and commercial corridors.
