
Holly Foreman
Department: Economic Development
Holly Foreman is Director of Manufacturing, Energy and Logistics for the Tulsa Regional Chamber where she works to recruit new companies to the Tulsa region while also supporting the continued growth of existing companies. She oversees the Chamber’s Manufacturers’ Council which is made up of more than 200 manufacturers across the Tulsa region.
She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2016. She is a graduate of the Heartland Basic Economic Development Program and is currently enrolled in the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, pursuing her accreditation as a Certified Economic Developer through International Economic Development Council. Holly has been with the Chamber more than two years and was awarded the 2019 NextGen Under 30 Award.
Holly is a member of the Oklahoma Governor’s Economic Development Marketing Team, the Oklahoma Economic Development Council, the Southern Economic Development Council and the International Economic Development Council.
