Location, Location, Location
Creek 51 Business Park (Creek 51) was built in 2019 and is site-ready certified by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
Creek 51 is located in Broken Arrow, just minutes from Tulsa. Sitting at the southeast corner of Highway 51 and the Creek Turnpike, Creek 51 is also a 30-minute drive from the Tulsa Port of Catoosa, Tulsa Port of Inola, and the Port of Muskogee.

What does it mean for a site to be site-ready certified by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce?
“Creek 51 Business Park is certified Oklahoma Site Ready. This certification communicates that the property can meet the demand for project-ready sites and provides a competitive advantage. All utilities and infrastructure are on-site as the lots are shovel-ready.”
What benefits can come from being/building at Creek 51?
“More than one million residents live within 40 minutes of the business park. The 90-acre park is positioned to leverage suburban living to attract a workforce for tenants of the park.”
You mentioned Creek 51 as being one of the smaller mega-sites. If you had to highlight one thing to a potential buyer/lessee, what would it be?
“Broken Arrow has 300 manufacturers and a pool of skilled talent to accommodate automotive suppliers. Being located in a Manufacturing Center for Workforce Excellence communicates that business labor needs are aligned with technical and higher education offerings to the region.”
